    Command is theater

    Command is theater. Now don’t read that wrong, I’m not suggesting that leaders should be out putting on a show of some kind. You must absolutely be real, people notice when you’re not. Command is theater because everyone is watching you, your supporters, your detractors, all of them. With knowledge of that lens you can solve a lot of problems in an organization just by controlling how you behave. Read more
